PreVeil is looking for a Customer Success Manager that will work with new and existing enterprise customers to ensure that they are successful and satisfied with the PreVeil platform.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for welcoming new customers and building relationships to encourage product usage
  • Manage all post-sales activity for PreVeil customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution
  • Process monthly renewal and expansion orders to achieve sales quotas
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features and functionality for their specific business needs
  • Develop joint success plans with customers to ensure there is a plan in place to drive adoption and maintain satisfaction
  • Increase customer activity by conducting regular check-in calls and performing strategic business reviews
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk
  • Collaborate with our Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to identify areas of improvement, assist with troubleshooting, and report bugs
  • Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how PreVeil can better serve our enterprise customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years prior account management or customer success experience, preferably in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • Experience using Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Proactive team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done
