PreVeil provides simple, encrypted document collaboration and email solutions for individuals, businesses and government agencies. 

PreVeil is collecting your personal information to support its business operations and to provide its services to you.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”), this notice describes the categories of personal information that we collect about residents of California and the business or commercial purposes for which we use that personal information.

We may sell the categories of personal information we collect or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as indicated in the chart below.

We may collect the personal information and sensitive personal information categories listed in the tables below. The tables also list, for each category, our expected retention period, use purposes, and whether we sell the information or share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. 

Sensitive personal information is a subtype of personal information consisting of specific information categories. While we collect information that falls within the sensitive personal information categories listed in the table below, the CCPA does not treat this information as sensitive because we do not collect or use it to infer characteristics about a person.
