Jonathan Kelley

Lieutenant General (Retired) Ed Cardon’s service to our Nation spans over 36 years including work in Germany, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iraq, and the Republic of Korea.  

General Cardon has extensive experience establishing, leading, and transforming 14 different organizations with diverse mission sets such as operations, education, cyber, and innovation.  He commanded the 2nd Infantry Division in the Republic of Korea. He both transformed and scaled Army Cyber Command into a world-class cyber force, while simultaneously standing up new cyber organizations to meet the demands of this contested domain including US CYBERCOM’s Task Force ARES, the offensive cyber task force against ISIS.  His last assignment was as the Director of Business Transformation for the Army, and he led the task force that helped create Army Futures Command responsible for modernizing the Army.

Today, General Cardon is a founding partner and Co-CEO of Touchstone Futures, Chairman of Federal Systems, C3 AI, a Senior Counselor with The Cohen Group, a Professor of Practice for the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS), the senior Advisor for the Army Cyber Institute, and a Board Advisor for Shift5.  He continues to focus on helping individuals and teams solve hard problems.  

Chris Collins is a Principal at PSG, where he leads the firm’s vertical software investing efforts.

Before joining PSG, he was a Vice President at Providence Equity Partners and began his career in PwC’s Deals practice.

Chris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

Andrew Piligian is Chief Financial Officer at PreVeil, responsible for the company’s financial strategy, operations, and long-term growth. He partners with executive leadership to ensure financial discipline across the organization.

A seasoned corporate finance leader with diverse experience, Andrew brings an operator-focused approach to scaling SaaS organizations. He holds an M.S. in Finance from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University.
